The Journey of Our Hair – Step by Step
The process begins with our workers personally collecting hair. Before we purchase, we carefully examine to ensure we are receiving only the best raw hair. Each bundle is tested to confirm it is truly raw, with intact cuticles and natural strength. We check cuticle alignment meticulously, making sure the hair is single donor hair and not mixed or combined. This guarantees purity and consistency from the very start.
Once collected, the hair is cleaned thoroughly. Our team hand‑picks and removes any strands or elements that are not needed. After this, the hair is washed again using premium shampoos and conditioners chosen for their ability to preserve natural texture without harsh chemicals. Every product we use—shampoos, threads, clips, adhesives—is of the highest quality, because we believe excellence is built on details.
The hair is then transformed into wefts. Our experienced staff, with more than ten years of expertise, use advanced machines to create strong, seamless wefts. Each weft is checked again for any imperfections, including nits or tangling. We conduct tangle tests, repeat washing, and then sun‑dry the hair. Sun drying is a crucial step, ensuring that no additional chemicals are used. This natural process enhances storage, preserves durability, and allows natural textures to form beautifully.
If the hair is to be made into wigs, it undergoes further checks and styling. For closures and frontals, the work is done entirely by hand by our most experienced artisans. Every knot is tied with precision, customized to look as natural as possible, and tested for durability. The same care is applied to injected bases, where each detail is perfected to ensure comfort and longevity.
