Frequently asked questions

What types of hair do you offer?

We offer a wide range of premium human hair products including Raw Indian Single Donor Hair, Raw Indian Mixed Donor Hair, Virgin Hair, Lightly Processed Raw Hair, and Machine Remy Hair. Our collections are designed to cater to both luxury long-term wear and more affordable short-term usage requirements.

What is the difference between Raw, Virgin, and Remy Hair?

Raw Hair is the highest and most luxurious grade of hair available. It is completely unprocessed, free from chemical treatments, and retains its natural cuticle alignment, texture, strength, and integrity.

Virgin Hair is lightly processed hair that maintains much of the quality and longevity of raw hair while offering more texture consistency and styling flexibility.

Machine Remy Hair is a more affordable category designed for short-term or budget-conscious usage. While the cuticles remain aligned, it does not offer the same lifespan or authenticity as raw hair.

We also offer lightly processed raw hair for clients who prefer enhanced appearance or texture definition while still maintaining much of the natural integrity and longevity of raw Indian hair.

Is your hair single donor or mixed donor?

We offer both Single Donor and Mixed Donor Raw Hair. Most of our premium collections are primarily single donor based. However, in certain cases, more than one donor may be combined to achieve standardized bundle weights and maintain consistency for commercial orders.

Clients specifically requesting pure single donor bundles may request them separately.

Where is your hair sourced from?

Our hair is primarily sourced from South Indian temples through ethical and transparent sourcing channels. We also work with direct voluntary donors.

Is your hair ethically sourced?

Yes. Ethical sourcing is one of the core foundations of our business.

A significant portion of our hair is sourced from South Indian temple donations, where donors voluntarily offer their hair as part of a religious ritual and act of gratitude. These donations are made willingly and are deeply connected to spiritual traditions.

As part of the ritual:

* Donors willingly donate their hair without force or coercion
* Monetary compensation is generally not accepted, as it would invalidate the spiritual nature of the offering
* Hair is carefully tied before cutting to preserve quality and respect the donation process

The temples themselves operate under strict government regulations and audits. Most major temples conduct transparent e-auctions or regulated auctions monitored by authorities.

Funds generated through these auctions are commonly redirected toward:

* Feeding programs
* Charitable community services
* Educational and social welfare initiatives
* Temple maintenance and nonprofit activities

We also work with direct donors where proper donor consent is obtained.
